Fluralaner

Fluralaner primarily exerts its effects by disrupting the GABA-gated chloride ion channels, similar to the action targets of cyclodienes, phenylpyrazoles, and macrocyclic lactones insecticides. Fluralaner is a broad-spectrum insecticide, exhibiting good insecticidal activity against pests such as ticks, fleas, lice, bugs, and flies, with its toxicity being higher than or comparable to commonly used insecticides. Fluralaner not only shows no significant cross-resistance with existing insecticides but also exhibits good insecticidal activity against some resistant pests.
